1. The Online Boutique
OfRegal operates as an online-only fashion House based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Browsing the collection, inspecting finished-garment dimensions, and placing an order do not require a membership or subscription.
2. Client Accounts
When you create an OfRegal account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and registered passkeys. You may update your personal details or permanently delete your account at any time in Account Settings.
3. Pricing, Availability & Delivery
Prices, stock availability, and supported shipping destinations are verified on our servers prior to payment capture. Selecting a country of residence or preferred currency in your profile does not guarantee delivery availability to unsupported destinations.
4. Returns & Cancellations
Unworn pieces in original condition with all OfRegal presentation packaging and tags intact may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the destination policy confirmed at checkout.
